I have been using Luzcar for the past 20 years and have recommended them to many South African and other international friends over the years, and they have never let me down.

I want to share with you an experience that I had  recently. I normally fly to Faro airport, and normally either pick-up my car there, or at their offices in Lagos. But this time I flew to Lisbon airport. I had phoned from South Africa to request a car, but I forgot to tell them that I was flying to Lisbon and not Faro, and that I would be picking up the car in Lisbon.

Now, you can imagine the scenario once I arrived at Lisbon airport and was looking for my rented car ... which was not there, but was in fact waiting for me in Faro. Being a regular customer, they assumed that I would be at Faro airport as usual. But, in spite of my miscommunication, Luzcar's management nonetheless assisted us in getting to Lagos. And, for that they do indeed deserve a gold star!
